Re the 13th Floor Elevators, I only discovered them within the last few years when I was researching the legacy section of my Korzybski bio.
I have loved 'psychedlic' rock since I first heard it in the late 60s as a kid. I rate the Elevators as among my favorite bands. Love the Moody Blues too.

Your post of 13th Floor Elevators......awakened old memories. They may have been one of the 'first' psychedelic bands I knew of at the time (late 60's). Probably picked up their album in Texas on one of my visits. I've posted a couple more of their songs and some favorites from Moody Blues......who seemed to be a band more in the search for 'consciousness' than most at the time (68.......70's and they are still at it!
